Terms and conditions - BetsGoWild store
The BetsGoWild Store is open only to registered users, at least 14 years old, with Queen status and sufficient WildBucks balance to buy the prize they chose in the store. By purchasing an item in the store, Users warrant that they are eligible to participate in Sweepstakes under the applicable law wherever they are. Limit of one entry per User.
By redeeming a prize on BetsGoWild web site, you agree to abide by the BetsGoWild Terms of Service. Violating these or other rules may cause the immediate suspension or cancellation of your account(s), and void your right to receive any prizes you may have won. Suspension or cancellation of your account(s) does not relieve you of any financial or other obligations incurred prior to such suspension or cancellation.
You must register using your real email address. If you are redeeming a prize, you will need to enter your real name, address, and phone number. You may be asked to provide a written confirmation that you have won the prize and you will grant BetsGoWild permission to use it under BetsGoWild winners list or any other related purpose. You may only register once for yourself. You also may not create accounts for other people, and you can not be linked to BetsGoWild Inc as an employee, affiliate or their immediate family.
The BetsGoWild Store is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of BetsGoWild, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
